Take a walk around yourself.  Describe what your life consists of and what it looks like.  Demographics and psycho-graphics are a great start, but connecting with yourself means understanding your issues on a personal level.

PHYSICAL INFORMATION

This is a bit of a physical analysis.  What do you know about your physical make-up?  Make a start to find out more about your body, brain and being right here.

Section 3

EMOTIONAL INFORMATION

Everyone has a fear, an anxiety issue they don’t want to face. Your emotions are there to empathize with you, prepare you and to offer you a solution.  How well do you know your emotions?

Section 4

PERSONALITY QUESTIONNAIRES

What’s in it for you?  How are you going to make your life better?  Do you know yourself??

Section 5

RECOGNISABLE AILMENTS

Think of the aches and pains and ailments you have now and list them.

Section 6

ENVIRONMENTAL AWARENESS

People vary in the information they receive. Most are aware of the environment of the North and South Poles on the Earth, but not so clued up on the environment of the room they are sat in.  Put that right, right here.
